Created in 1996 to fulfill a growing need for engineering consulting in Lebanon and the Middle-East, Cedra Ingenierie was first managed by Daniel Erard. Mr. Erard was a former Director of Operations at the French Center of Spatial Studies in Kourou, and a former Program Director at Arianespace. Cedra helped companies obtain ISO implementation in Lebanon, and quickly started offering a complete range of electro-mechanical consulting services.
After the re-organization of the Assouad Group a decade ago, the consulting arm of the Group became Cedra Lebanon. It is now led by Bechara Assouad, who has 40 years of experience in engineering designs, studies and management. Its main focus is industrial refrigeration systems, energy management systems, and technical and management software.
Cedra is based in Sinelfil, Lebanon.
